This absolutely works to curb appetite and control cravings. I'm 40 years old, routine exercise, cardio, walking and diet were not working. I kept gaining weight no matter what I changed. This product actually helped me lose weight and does give me some energy however I take mine differently. The bottle says to take one tablet 1 to 3 times daily. I have been taking one 30 min before lunch and the one 30 min before dinner because I wasn’t sure how my body would react to it and it worked.
