Herb Pharm Uva Ursi Liquid ExtraCount for Urinary System Support, 1 Fl Oz

About 15 drops of uva ursi extract (not capsules) in a little water has worked faster for me than anything over the counter or prescription to resolve UTIs for 50 years. Would not be without it.

I have been battling UTIsfor over a month off and on now. After doing a lot of research, I was pointed to Uva Ursi many times. I decided to take the plunge even though many reviewers said it tasted horrible. Directions say to add 1 full squeeze of the dropper to about 2 oz. of water or juice 2-4 times a day. I have been averaging about 2-3 times a day (because I forget honestly). To me, the taste is NOT horrible like most people say. It really truly tastes like very weak unsweetened tea! Thank goodness because I was so worried that I was going to have to force myself to take this every time. It is recommended to take it between meals. I have noticed a difference in my latest UTI flareup since starting this Uva Ursi about 6 days ago. It hasn't 'cured' it but it has kept it from getting any worse. I also use 1 tsp of D-Mannose powder 2x a day and a Cranberry chew once a day. I think each of these will work best at the very beginning of a UTI and not in the middle of a full blown one. I do not want to take antibiotics for it so I am keeping on this until the UTI goes away (don't forget LOTS of water!) and then planning on sticking with some sort of daily supplement to help prevent them. I think Uva Ursi should be kept in the medicine cabinet at all times, especially for those who suffer with UTIs often!

I have purchased several different Herb Pharm extracts and they are all very high quality. I take this Uva Ursi along with Herb Pharm's Buchu extract when I have upset my system with foods, wine, or beer and start to get bladder irritation. The combination works like a charm.

Great for most uti and bladder irritation. It’s my go to. Rarely does it let me down.

I can honestly say that I have been a "victim" of UTI's for over 50 years time. I have been on all kinds of antibiotics (namely Cipro, Levaquin, Bactrim) all of which are deadly w hydroquinone in them... and potent causing neuropathy nerve damage to legs, spinal, etc. I have those side effects now in my Senior years. I am coping but those drugs will "haunt" you the rest of your life - don't take any of them! So I just red that SOME uva ursi products may have hydroquinone in them and I ask: DO THEY CONTAIN HYDROQUINONE? Rx antibiotics do not cure UTI. Always comes back. This Uva Ursi is amazing, but scaring me as it fixed me up quick. I know not to take continually. Wait and if a symptom appears, take it, then stop taking for awhile. It is Toxic. But the dang stuff really works. There is a TEA version and I supplement with that the same way. Take on occasion, then rest. There is nothing like the plant life extracts/roots that God provided for us to heal ourselves. Doctors are in it for the buck! Stay away from them....

Easy to use - directions on the bottle. Taste is interesting - not bad, but it gets diluted in water and swallowed, so taste not too relevant. Effective product, as evidenced by before and after testing by doctor.
