Great floor mop. I like the extra little scraper that came with it for extra sticky spots. Easy to use and breaks down so as to not take up so much space.

I love this mop! I'm a housekeeper for a vacation rental home company and this mop makes my job easier. The mop heads are awesome dry and wet, way better than a broom and regular mop. It easily goes under couches, beds, etc and picks up hair and dust bunnies very well. It angles around objects nicely, it covers a lot of area making quick work on a clean, and the handle length is perfect for me when it's fully extended. It cleans great, and the mop heads come out very clean in the wash. I'm very happy with it!

It’s a great mop accept for one problem that the base needs to be more durable and not break as easy as it does. But certainly it cleans nice.

This mop has been great for my cleaning business, and I'll still give it 5 stars despite its minor flaws. I've had this for over 2 years, and I use it in a commercial setting, so it gets used almost every day and sometimes multiple times in a day. So, for its durability I would say its top notch. However, the extension clasp on it no longer holds as well as it used to. If I try to mop now, I ultimately end up pushing it in and shrinking the size even with the clasp down. It holds dry pads well but not wet ones anymore. And lastly, it flips itself over when I'm trying to mop. I will still give it the full stars tho as it didn't always do this and it has put up with our abuse. Will I buy this again? Maybe. For now, I will go with one that screws in together, so it doesn't shrink on me and I can fit it in my rolling cart.

It works very well I bought one for me and another for my mother-in-law and she liked it a lot I definitely recommend it 100% it leaves my floor super clean

What I did like? What did I use it for? I bought this mop because I thought having a 24" mop pad would cut mopping time down compared to my 18" mop. What I liked? I like the mop pad material., and it is easy to clean. What I don't like? The handle extended at the longest length is too short for me, & I am 5'2". Giving the force needed to do an excellent floor mopping, let's say on laminate, with such a big mop head, is hard work. Not having enough handle to really give it some "elbow grease", simply isn't there. At first I had to work the mop head around a bit to loosen up the swivel, as it was so tight I could not use a figure 8 mopping pattern. The clip part that pieces the mop head to the handle came off really easily, I do not see this lasting for the summer. It may work nicely with a longer handle, which I will attempt on my own. However, there is also a sharp piece of plastic along the side of the mop head- that was missed during production that I need to file down. A small oversight that could scratch molding or trim. In the middle of cleaning, I ended up grabbing my old mop, and using this one to buff out the water marks. Not necessarily a great wet mop.

This was exactly the tool I was looking for damp mopping my hardwood floors, but especially for getting little webs and dust from walls. It's long enough to reach high up to our ceilings and thin enough to get behind heavy furniture that would be difficult to move. The mop head is wider than any I've seen, so you cover a lot of space with one swipe. And I couldn't be happier with the velcro cloth attachment on the mop head. It stays in place when you need it to, but comes off easily to go in the washer. It even comes with 4 mop head cloths, so you don't have to stop while your cleaning and rinse the same cloth. I just keep an empty bucket nearby to through the dirty wet/damp cloths into, attach the clean cloth, and I'm back to cleaning!
