Very thin yarn, returned it.
I returned all 3 of these that I purchased. They all came in separate packages with one arriving a day early. That one had obviously been opened and it smelled of perfume. The other 2 arrived the next day but those were sealed and fine but came in two envelopes. The yarn would be fine for someone making very fine lace or baby clothes but it is extremely thin, and seemed thinner than regular fingerling or sport weight. It recommended a size 5-6 needle but should be more like 1 -3. I was looking for a DK weight to dye myself so this was really off. I'm sure it's a good product but not what I was looking for and really overpriced compared to other un-dyed yarn.

Not a good buy.
In trying to unwind the yarn it became a tangled mess that took 3 days to fix. Very thin yarn sticks and tangled constantly while crocheting. Cannot pull out stitches if need to backtrack without tangling on itself. Very disappointing especially considering the price.

Beautiful yarn
This yarn is soft, beautiful color and easy to knit with. The only issue I find is that is very thin so I had to doble it to knit a hat for my grandson. This resulted in a very expensive hat. I feel that if it is really cruelty free, it is worth the price for me. I have not found many other alternatives for cruelty free yarn.

Mmmm...
I like the color of this yarn. I don’t like how it separates as I am working with it. I don’t think I would buy it again.

Soft & Warm, not Scratchy at all
Used this yarn to make a hat for a friend with cancer. I purchased it because it was made without toxic chemicals. The super soft texture was perfect for the hat, and the lovely, variegated color from the hand dyeing added texture to the finished product. I had enough left to make a pair of mittens too.

Gorgeous
The color is even more beautiful than in the photo on the website. Also, extremely soft. I am knitting a pair of socks with this yarn and it is knitting up wonderfully.
