Tasty
This stuff is delicious. It's rated 4 leaves! Not one or two or three, but four! We've got a store here in town that sells almost nothing but balsamic vinegar. Seriously. 2/3 of the store is vinegar. The remaining part of the store is tea and olive oils. It's a very successful store. Yes. You read that right. I think they're in their 4th year of business now. Who'd a thunk it? Where was I going with this? Oh yeah! Their vinegar is too sweet for my taste. This one is not. It's sweet, but not overpoweringly so. It has a nice balance. It's equally good over fruit or as part of your favorite marinade. Well, maybe not YOUR favorite marinade. I don't even know you.An finally, a fun fact: Fiaschetta is Italian for flask. This little glass flask makes for a cute little flowerbud vase once you've consumed all the tangy goodness inside. You think you'll get that with a 3-leaf vinegar? Pshhhh. I don't think so.

Balsamic inspired bliss
I've been "enlighten" to a new world of flavor, what more can one say about a 4 leaf rated vinegar! Would recommend to try one bottle of this nectar at least once in your life, I don't think you'll regret the experience. I've enjoyed it much more than I thought I would.

My husband's favorite balsamic vinegar
I keep this on hand at all times. Hubby loves it on salads. It is also great on grilled veggies (peppers, squash/zucchini, onions, mushrooms). Believe me, a great balsamic is worth the extra money!

Waste of money!
Waste of good money. Advertised as thick, flavorful. Not thick...barely thicker than a cheap grocery store brand, no richness in flavor. We are big users of quality Balsamic Vinegar...this is not one!

Not up to 4 leaf standards.
This balsamic vinegar is a pale substitute for the Roland Diamond balsamic 4 leaf. Thought I would try the bargain version but very disappointing. It is much thinner in viscosity and has a much more bitter taste. Also, the cork snapped right off when I tried to open it and I had to use a cork screw and transfer it to a different bottle. :(

Marginally better than Costco/Kirkland's regular balsamic
Marginally better than Costco/Kirkland's regular balsamic. I do not think this is worth the price. I prefer Roland Diamond Balsamic which is also "4 Leaf" but, sweeter and more complex.

Decent!
I'm an amateur on a search for a decent sub $40 balsamic. This balsamic seems very nice, has quite a punch, and a moderate acidic after taste. The viscosity is thicker than most I've seen at this price. I'd say the only place this could use moderate improvement is in the sweetness area. It's sweet, but not enough for my taste, makes me wonder what the lower "leaf" rating product must rank. Overall I am happy with the purchase and at this price range you cant expect miracles.

Best acetum ever
As an Italian "foodie", you can't beat this balsamic vinegar. Perfume, flavor, and mild acidity all outstanding and good for use naked or with the premium olive oil of your choice..
