I am very pleased with this dietary supplement. I have been taking it daily for several months now. The cranberry supplement seems to be a very effective and natural way to promote a healthier urinary tract . The “subscribe and save” option also insures that I will never have to worry about missing a daily dose.

I believe these are a good supplement for women to take for overall health!

I’m not recommending others do this, but when I get kidney stones, I take three or four of these pills twice daily until the pain stops, which is usually only after two days… though sometimes it takes longer

I like that it is organic and it's cranberry which I wanted for preventing UTI.I do not like the rice powder in it due to arsenic in rice but it is organic at least.No artificial flavor or color. The capsule is small enough to swallow and carried in your pill box. I cannot speak on the effectiveness as I am fine at this time. No upset stomach since there is no sugar but if you're not able to digest the processed rice, you may not want this brand. The size is great for the price. Super affordable!

I pull the capsule and dump it in hot ginger tea. It reaches my blood stream quickly and it do get the job
