These are absolutely great!
I got these today and they came nicely packaged and sealed in a box, obviously new, and the case was in perfect shape (pictures will be coming). I played with then for about 40 minutes until I got comfortable about how the best technique was to put them on. They come with instructions, not only on the box but also on a card in the box, so if the bo ix misplaces, as makeup boxes tend to get you have the card, which can actually be placed in the case with the eyelashes. A few other reviewers had left suggestions on what had worked best for them so I tried a few ways but the instructions in the box/on the box worked perfectly for me. The trick is to learn not to blink when putting on the underneath lash using the special tweezers that come with the kit. At first, I practiced without any makeup (eyeliner or mascara) on so that I could see exactly what the eyelashes were going and how they were seated. I skipped the part about curling the lashes first as I don't ever curl my lashes and had no tool for that, but after getting them to work just fine I decided to pick up an eyelash curler and see if it did make any difference. It did make it easier to sit the top lash on if they are curled, they are less likely to slip, so if you have an eyelash curler I would recommend not skipping that part. Once I had the hang of it, I did apply both eyeliner and mascara before putting the eyelashes on and that works well if you let it dry well first, otherwise you are then going to have to patch up spots where the eyeliner gets rubbed off or fix smears afterward. Also, unless the mascara is dry it does tend to deposit mascara on the lashes and sometimes you can get a clumpy look. Take a few extra minute to let it dry and you will be happy you did.The lashes are very light weight and you don't notice you are wearing them after a few minutes. For me the full lashes did not need to be cut down to fit as my eyes are pretty wide so they went right from the inner corner corner to the outer one perfectly but with smaller eyes you may need to trim them. The full width ones really give you a very, very full set of lashes, for me something I would not wear as an everyday look but only if I was going out and getting dressed up. The half width ones give you very full lashes even for a everyday look and I can imagine that some may need to even shorten them down a bit as they might be to much for work/school/general daily stuff as they are in the package. Of course, there will be some of you that need the full set completely for the look you want, it's totally up to you but you will not know without playing around and trying out different looks and combinations with both the full and half width. If you do need to trim either set, just be careful while trimming that your trim the top and underneath lash exactly the same number of lashes, and measurements, from the top and underneath lash. I would trim from the inner corner not from the outer corner so you keep the better magnetic hold on the outer corner to withstand movement with blinking.I would not apply liquid mascara once you apply the lashes but before, and then use a clean mascara brush to lightly brush all layers of the lashes to set them and space them nicely. if you use a powered mascara, that seems okay to apply more after they are on, which I did, but I was careful to clean them after use. To do this I laid the lash on a dry terry-cloth washcloth after I took them off and brushed off the powder with a clean and dry mascara brush so they were cleaned of any powered mascara before storing. I was unsure about washing them so I just brushed then clean and that worked well.The biggest care step you need to be good about is how you remove them and they are not 100% clear on doing that in their instructions anywhere. Don't just pull them straight off, unless you want to pull out some of your own lashes and want to fight with trying to get the lashes apart from each other (and possibly risking damaging the eyelashes) to store them. The best way to remove them is to hold the lashes between your thumb and forefinger and rub them gently side to side until the magnets come loose from the top and bottom, and then put each lash down separately in its compartment. If they need cleaning, as I said, laying then on a terry-cloth washcloth and then brushing then with a clean, dry mascara brush works well. I have worn them now for number of days and they are still in perfect shape so I think proper handling will be the key to these lasting a long time as well as placing them back in their box (which is magnetic to hold them nicely).I definitely would plan on practising with them a bit, not just for how to handle them or put them on and take them off but as to how you might need to adjust your makeup when wearing them. Not only do the two layers make your lashes nice and full and look longer but they also will make them darker then just your mascara alone does. So you will want to see the color difference with the normal about of mascara you use and how dark it appears after you put the lashes on. I don't like a very dark mascara look when just during the day at work so had to use less layers of mascara when I use the lashes - it still gives my lashes a darker appearance than they were before I had the lashes but I hold out for my normal amount of mascara and therefore my lashes look quite dark for evening wear. If you use other than a black or dark brown mascara, such as blue or purple , you will want to try different amounts to get the color look you want. Also, if you use a colored mascara, other than black/dark brown, I really would suggest cleaning then after each use and get any mascara that has been deposited on them off (probably a good idea with any mascara but it does not look like black/dark brown staining them, would be an issue.

Very thick lashes, not remotely subtle
These lashes are a lot thicker than anticipated. This was a first time magnet lash purchase so I didn't mentally double the thickness of lashes.Tbh I don't notice a difference between a thick set of dollar store lashes and these. I imagine over time that the lashes will tear since there are gaps to give some, but not enough, flexibility in shape. I can't say when or if that's correct to assume, but I would rather invest $70-100 in quality adhesive based lashes with the thickness I want than settle. Item package came cracked and broken as it was put in bubble envelope and item comes in a hard plastic case. I plan to return since I never wore them, was too turned off by the thickness. If they came as end 1/3 sections in half (or less!) thickness they would be much better. But I think makeup mostly should be subtle to only slightly noticeable and not a costume.

You can't cut these!
Because there are so few magnets, you can't use the cutting hack on these. They took me a while to put on, and I f***ed up and got one of them in my eye at one point, but if you are a normal woman who is used to beauty stuff you'll be able to figure these out.... I did and I suck at this stuff. I suggest watching youtube tutorials if you have trouble, or even if you are on the fence about buying these.I was able to figure it out after an hour and I'm blind in one eye--- oh yeah, if you're blind in one eye, don't buy these! it's way too difficult to do on the blind eye. The eye that isn't blind took less than 10 minutes though!

Wish I could just order the half version. THESE ROCK
Ok, so here is the good, bad, and ugly of my experience. I don't know how people put on the full lashes, I tried for about 45 minutes until one lash fell down my drain.HOWEVER: the half lashes, oh my gosh, I LOVE THEM. They are extremely comfortable, easy to put on and look natural but extend your lashes and help them look much fuller. I have now purchased three sets. The trick is putting on a little mascara to get the top lash to "stick" and then look up to apply the bottom lash.These lashes are REUSABLE and come in a nice magnetic case. Want me to video tape my application? send me more:)These ROCK!

Challenging to use
I found the eyelashes challenging to use. That being said, I've never used other fake eyelashes before - others who are a pro, may have a more informative opinion on usage of this in comparison to other lashes. I thought because it was magnetic it would be easier for a first time user. I think it was more of getting it into your eye and then letting it stay that was my personal challenge. I do prefer mascara (;

GRRRR
It's not nearly as easy to use as it seems. I need a lot more practice and you really have to bend it a bit to fit your shape eye. The applicator tool isn't much help.I will update if I get better at this but so far, I haven't been able to actually wear them.

Can see the magnets
They are super pretty on the eye but I can definitely see the magnets everytime I look down so they do impair the vision a little. Maybe I will notice it less with time like when you first start wearing mascara and you can see it, but for now its annoying

Frustrating
Oh my gosh I have never been so frustrated with a beauty product before. I bought these so I wouldn’t have to worry about getting glue in my eye, and that was the biggest mistake. These look amazing in the package, but when you go to put them on, they are so straight they basically clip only to the ends of your eyelashes! The tweezers that comes with them is fine, except when you clip the lashes on and take the tweezer away it TAKES the eyelashes with it again! I tried to put them on like the instructions say, by just placing the top lashes on, and then bringing the bottom ones to meet and that was even worse. They don’t just sit on your lash, and they don’t form to your eye at all, so you end up with massive gaps on the edges of your lash line.
