Box Clever!
This product looks good when fitted but I have issues with the design and poor instructions. These tracks can be used commercially or residentially and conjoined to a straight run or a configuration, being 240 volt. A trade electrician would wonder what the fuss is about but DiY enthusiasts beware. First off, the injection moulding to the terminal casing is quite poor and the 'L' and 'N' markings to the terminals are the feintest I've ever seen. Secondly, I was joining two 1m tracks together in a straight run. Each track had a feed end and a stop end. If your targeting the DiY market, how difficult is it to instruct users to take the feed end off one of the tracks and rotate it to marry up with the other? They don't. The tracks are asymmetrical and have two conductors one side and a single the other. If you accidentally push them together the wrong way around (it can be done) the second track has no power. Thirdly, the attaching of the spot lights is a bit clunky. They too have to be oriented to suit the conductors and rotate and click (or should that be crunch?) into place. Once they are in they are very robust. Get it wrong - no power feed, no light. Fourth point - the terminal fixings are the pan head screw type where you trap the conductor underneath - horrible idea when you are working overhead making connections at ceiling level. Move the terminal grub screw too far out in it falls out and bounces on the floor. If you can't find it - game over - no connection unless you have a stock of recycled grub screws the same size. Unlikely. I would suggest proceeding as follows. 1 - use solid core conductor for the feed from the ceiling rose etc 0.5mm or more for lighting - its a single fitting and your are not looping in and out on a ring circuit. Don't use the braided conductor type its harder to make a neat job looping it under the pan hear grub screw terminal 2- make the terminal connections at ground level (bench fit) with gravity working in your favour having cut the supply cable to approximate length (over estimate on side of caution) then fix the track to the ceiling 3- if you are using more than one track check the conductor orientation before pushing together 4 - if you are working in the kitchen anywhere near the sink put the plug in the plughole or cover the whole area in a sheet. If any thing drops off sods law it will bounce and ping straight down the plughole. The sheet overlay will discourage bounce and ping distance. 5- don't use power tools for the track fixings, they are direct and the driver has to pass between the track extrusion. If you use a power driver and the bit cams out of the screw head the shaft will slip and mash up the plastic track moulding. That's about it. When assembling the spot fitting the retaining sprig is already in place (remove it and refit with the lamp) and there is quite a long flex to scrunch up to push the lamp into place. That's it. Looks good when its all done. Just compensate for overhead working - you'll have stiff neck and tired arms when your done!

Brilliant, now my office actually has light
I am very pleased with this light set. I ordered the 3 metre 'L' shape kit with LED light bulbs and lights. I am still playing around with directing the lights in different areas, but you get the idea from the picture attached. The only thing I would say about this light setup is wiring is a bit of a pain. The light connectors to connect it to your mains can only be done at the ends or at the 'L' shape connector. Inside both connectors has N, L and Earth. The trouble is these connectors are not big enough to house 2 1.5mm power T&E cables for a traditional radial circuit and a light switch cable, sadly. I tried many ways to make this work but in the end gave up and just used a very small junction box to make the connections and the switch connection. I then simply got a piece of T&E on the end, crimped some eye lets then secured with some black heat shrink I had in my tool box and screwed it into one end of the light connector using the supplied screws. The other end simply went into the junction box. I used those new wago push arm connectors in the junction box, they are brilliant for jobs like these. Like I say, its unfortunate the light appliance was not made slightly bigger to remove the need for a junction box in order to make it look nicer on the ceiling. That said I am very happy with it and the junction box doesn't look too bad on the ceiling. The actual lights are simply push and twist to add them to any of the rails so it's very easy to add more of these or simply remove them around. The rails are made from steel I think and if of high quality hence the price. Each connector has a knock out, but as I said, good luck getting wires into this from the mains there is just not enough space to do so.

Very good
Good helpful people, many thanks

Generally good design
Used as part of kitchen upgrade. Four stars rather five because connection is from end rather than middle which would have been better for my needs.

Great buy.
Not installed them but have same ones onthe other side of our garden. Great power level and very pleasant to look at.

Clean, fresh lighting option.
Love these. You can direct each light to exactly where you want yo illuminate. My electrician had to get creative in putting wires inside the unit track, but did, and I love the clean look no big center section, just clean lines.

Good track, went together well with no issues.
excellent value for the price - I was apprehensive, but all looks/feels decent quality and installation was straightforward (zero instructions with product though!!)
