Thule Atmos X4 Case for iPhone 7 Plus

I am clumsy and forgetful, and nobody gives me anything for free, so I need a really solid case, and so far, this is it. I think the design is pretty basic/even ugly, but overall, I find it doesn't add much extra weight or bulk to the phone. I've dropped my iphone 7plus several times in the last few months. The most recent drop must have looked like I intentionally threw it several feet across a parking lot, but it was a mistake. I felt very stupid again, but the phone was fine. I have to inspect the case closely to find signs of wear and tear, so it appears that it is actually fairly high quality/durable, and maintaining its boring, even sad, utilitarian looks like a real champ. I have unintentionally tested this case on concrete, asphalt, tile, and wood floors, from normal heights of about 1 to 4 feet, I'd estimate. So I am not very far into my first year of moderately harsh use of this product, but so far, absolutely no problems at all.

Wow, I really love this case! I've always had Otterboxes on my phones, but wanted something slimmer for the 7 Plus since it was gigantic already. The Thule is very slim and offers good grip without being sticky. The screen protector went on easily without any problems. I especially love that I can easily swipe up from the bottom! I always had trouble with that action on the Otterbox Defender on my iPhone 5 -- I had to do it with my pointer finger rather than my thumb. I also tried the Otterbox Symmetry for my 7 Plus but it was SO slippery. No grip whatsoever. I'm very happy with the Thule case.

The case is just the Atmos X3, but with a plastic screen protector.When installed properly, the screen protector blocks the FaceTime camera slightly- causing a white blur in the corner of your image when the phone is horizontal with the camera to the left and home button to the right. Poor design and lack of product testing.Save your money, purchase the Atmos X3 and a glass screen protector.

The screen protector is a piece of junk and would repeatedly peel back when in my pocket or in my hand when multitasking. The reason for this is the rubber on the front bottom (closest to the bottom of the screen) is very flimsy and would bend when any pressure was put on it. This would cause the screen protector to lift and detach from the screen. As a result, dust and debris would cling to the underside of the screen protector. The screen protector last literally 15 minutes before I ordered a different one.

The case is very strong and can really protect your phone from drops, smashing, and other things that can potentially break your phone. I've had on my phone and my screen along with all other parts of the phone is 100% fine. The only reason why this isn't 5 stars is the design. This certainly isn't as fancy as some of the covers out there, but it gets the job done.

I don’t particularly care for it. It’s a little thicker because of the separate plastic screen protector that clicks in on the inside of the case, and that makes it a little bulkier in your pocket, but then again I have the iphone 8plus, and the fact that the screen protector does not adhere to the phone screen very well. Better buy would have been the Atmos X3 and then purchase glass screen protector seperately.

Best thin case that money can buy. Love the "grippy" sides. My husband liked mine so much he got one of his own. Worth every penny.
