Got this for my wife. She likes it. Says it has relieved most of her pain.

Pros: The belt does alleviate some pain & it’s comfortable to wear.Cons: If this belt had vertical steel boning in a few key area it would be perfect, however, like most soft sided belts the first time you sit down it will roll a little on top and bottom. Once that happens it’s a little more difficult to get it into just the right place to offer up the pain relief and compression.

I have an S-1 and hip problem. This will help to hold you tight which gives you immediate relief. The extension is very good and recommend it if you are even a little overweight because it is adjustable. Problems....1) the velcro connection is very low nap plastic and it just doesn't hold as good as normal velcro. I had to use my cat slicker brush to clean the lint out of it. It popped off of me at embarrassing times. I'm going to sew normal velcro over the original. 2) this feels good for about 45 mins and then it causes pain in a different area, which may be normal. I have to keep moving it to a better position.

So far the belt is helping my arthritis in my back

It is so narrow that the Velcro doesn't hold well

Works great. I use it when my back is especially bad or when I’m driving for a long time. Really works.

This SI joint pain belt could be very helpful but it wouldn't stay in place. It continually fell down so I have no idea what relief it could give.

I don't like this one as much...it's to big for some one with a waist of 36 inches, just can't get it tight enough.

I have been wearing this belt every day for a month and it is holding up really well. The velcro is very strong. It stays in place on my clothing very well. The only minor issue is that the velcro at the end of the top band is curling up a bit, but this does not affect its effectiveness. I definitely feel a difference in the stability of my SI joint when I wear it versus when I do not.

Arrived the next day and is already making a difference to my lower back pain.

it helped me with my back and hip pain and it was comfortable..just can't do miracle but it is not made to haha
