This is my first electronic toothbrush and I am very happy with it. Easy breakdown for traveling wherever you are going. Cool 2 min timer when you start brushing. Medium bristle and not at all harsh while brushing. The multifunction modes are pretty awesome as well. It gets in between where I need it to. Brushes very thoroughly. So far the battery life is very extended so less time charging and more time brushing. It definitely gets the job done and it comes with an extra brush which is pretty neat! I love it!

What prompted me to buy this in the first place was the dental hygienist recommendation to purchase an electric toothbrush and after shopping around this is the best deal in the market. What’s even better is my hygienist didn’t need to use a water pik and just used a dental instrument to clean my teeth as there was hardly any tartar buildup after using this for 3 months. She even recommended that I come in 2x a yr instead of 4x a yr so thereby saving evening more $$ for copays etc. this toothbrush works great and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. It will give the big guys like sonic care and oral B a run for their $$$....now my doughter wants one!!

I have four USB gizmos in the bathroom: razor, face cleaner, water flosser, and this toothbrush. They share the same USB wall charger; that's very practical. The dock allows it to stand straight on your bathroom counter/sink.There are only two cons:● The brush uses the same button to power on/off and change the cleaning mode, so you can expect to change the cleaning mode by mistake again and again and again.● There are no swappable colored rings on the removable brushes, which would make it possible to share the body of the toothbrush with someone else, thus saving space and a USB port.

I needed a new sonic toothbrush, as I have bought 2 for my Waterpik...needless to say, very expensive with non-replaceable batteries (unless you REALLY want to mess around with it). Buy it! I love it, and you can change all kinds of settings on it (very easy to use) and it works just as well as pricier sets.If you have sensitive teeth, make sure you use the correct toothpaste and settings; I would avoid diamond setting. Fantastic product for the price, has a 1 year warranty and I purchased a 3 year extended warranty also. All in all, a great deal.

I really wanted to like this toothbrush but honestly I just really didn’t like the way it vibrates. It almost tickles when trying to brush my teeth and is a very different sensation from any other electric toothbrush I’ve had where the head itself spins. I brought it with me for a trip and ended up using it like a regular toothbrush without turning it on because the sensation bothered me that much. Secondarily, even if I did like it it’s kind of a hassle that the charging device does not fit within the case. It would be nice if the case itself would charge the toothbrush (like the way a lot of Bluetooth headphones are set up these days). Granted, it didn’t need to be charged on a daily basis anyway but if you’re going on a long trip it’s annoying that the whole thing isn’t one contained unit.

Love love love this toothbrush! It comes in a nice case with 2 heads and a charger. It held a charge my entire trip and worked awesome. My teeth were whiter when I returned from a 5 week trip drinking tea everyday than when I left. I highly recommend this toothbrush for home and travel.

I purchased 2 of these toothbrushes for my daughters for Christmas and loved them so much I decided to order one for myself. When I went to purchase the item, they only had a black set left. No big deal. I ordered the set and when I opened the package, talk about disappointed! It was thrown in a used Ziploc bag. The toothbrush head was already on the base and after wiggling it I saw dried up toothpaste and spit under the head. The base charger had watermarks on it and it had a Phillips charger in the bag, which obviously is not this brand. There was no case or extra brush head, which didn't matter, I wasn't going to keep it obviously!I immediately contacted the support channel and was able to chat with a representative who did rectify the situation right away.If it wasn't for already ordering 2 of these toothbrushes, I would have never replaced this item.

I used to use Philips sonic care product for over 20 years, liked the electronic toothbrush, however, it progressively getting pricier over the years. I recently discovered this off-brand on Amazon, hesitated at first because it was made by some non-brand/knock-off company, couldn't be quite sure about how long the quality and durability would even last. However, I decided to give them a try and trust my own instinct with my prior mechanical engineering experience. Price-wise, It turned out better than what I expected, despite a minor defect on the order when I received, but I was able to get a replacement from the seller soon after I reached out to them.
