It's not worth your money or time!
I was so excited to get this. Plug it up and didn't wrong.Went to another outlet, plug it up came on, after three seconds died again. Went to a third outlet didn't come on at all! It's a piece of crap!Now I have to drive and return this JUNK just to get my money back!

Don't buy this
I bought one and didn't work at all, NOTHING! So I returned it and got a second one, it didn't work either! Obviously bad quality control at the factory, bad design or both. Choose another brand, save yourself the aggravation of returning a defective product!

Should have heeded to the negative reviews!
This belt did not even turn on...Can't believe a company would send this out without even testing it. Amazon wanted to send me another one. No way, not taking my chances, already wasted too much time on this.....

Used 6 months and it broke
I purchased this product for a family member for Christmas and now it does not work. There is no way to return the product to the distributer. Horrible!!!

Comforting Heat & Pulse Settings - Short AC Cord
The electric massage waist heating pad is like a regular waist belt that wraps around your waist for support, that has an AC plugin and two button settings. One setting is for heat and the second is for pulse.Place the belt around your waist, then make sure its snug by adding the second belt around that. Plus the AC connector into your belt and then into an outlet. Press the pulse button for either continuous pulsing or intermittent pulsing. Press the heat button to determine the level of heat you want. You can have pulse and heat together for complete relief.I wish the AC adapter was longer. I literally had to sit in a chair by an outlet to test this product. Obviously I could get an extension cord. I recommend users get as long an extension cord as they need, so they can do other things while using this belt.I loved the heat option on this device. It felt wonderful. The pulsing was nice too, both constant and intermittent.Unfortunately the instructions recommend this not be worn to sleep in, but its hard not to hall asleep while wearing this belt - it feels so good!I recommend this belt to anyone with lower back problems, which is most people.
