Size Name:500g Ethiopia is thought to be the birthplace of coffee with wild growing coffea arabica being found in the forests of the Kaffa region. Ethiopia coffees are among the world's most varied and distinctive. Ethiopia Sidamo is a type of Arabica coffee of single origin grown exclusively in the Sidamo Province. With altitudes of up to 2200 meters, Sidamo produces exceptional coffee. The most distinctive flavour notes found in all Sidamo coffees are lemon and citrus, with bright crisp acidity. Fresh roasted coffee is top on anyone's list as the main benefit to enjoying great tasting coffee. We roast on the day we receive the order to ensure what you get is fresh. Our coffee is not kept in stock in a warehouse and then dispatched. Not only that we can roast a medium, medium-dark and a dark to suit your tastes. If needed we also grind the coffee before dispatch to go with your machine or brewing preference.
