The Prophet's Manual: A Guide to Sustaining Your Prophetic Gift Kindle Edition

I like the book but I kind of go back and forth on it. In some chapters, the content is great and touches on some important aspects that come with the prophetic like rejection and loneliness. It is great and worth the read. The only reason I'm rating it four stars and not five is because I feel like there is a lot of filler content. I would really like to see Mr. Eckhardt write something smaller, from the heart, that just gets to the point without the fillers.

From the first page, it was hard to put down. All of my life I have been looked over as a prophetic person. The first 61 pages of this book literally explains who I am and why I am the way that I am. If I had know then what I know now.....Grateful to have this information. If you want to understand all of the things that make you unique, why you think the way that you do, why others view you the way that they do, this book is for you. You are a powerful person and now here's the proof. You may not fit in with others, but you are not crazy. You are gifted. GET THE BOOK! LOL' YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

this book made sense to some things that have been going on in my life. Eckhardt starts off with a "check list" of what makes a prophet. Then he snowballs to deeper things such as what prophets loves and hates. He states 100+ ways to be activated in the ministry of prophet. Recommend this to any pastor . I also recommend this to anyone who may think they are a prophet. He does dump a lot of information into this book, but it is so easy to read and grasp to what he is talking about. He also backs things up with Scripture as well. Outstanding book and author.

Highly recommend old and new prophets....Most of us are hand feed so reading my personality clearly helped me to understand myself even better. Prophets are usually very sensative ppl with timidityand very misunderstood in general

I really enjoyed this book. This author really breaks down the office of the prophet in laymen's terms. It also breaks down walls of tradition yet he backs up everything with Scripture. A great book, if you have an open mind. If you are stuck in traditional Pentecostalism, you might not like it much.

Great book that explains a dimension of Christian life and the gifts of God I thought were only for a few special people. Saw lives turned around immediately. It explains a lot and helps you to locate yourself and where you can be in strengthening the body of Christ. A must have for your library. Bought several copies for friends who also had immediate great testimonies.

Excellent book covering all aspects of the prophet's life. Strong biblical evidence provided. Serves to activate and inspire those with the gift of prophecy.

Apostle Eckhart is very intuitive concerning the operation of the Prophetic.I appreciate the down to earth approach to the everyday person, which allows a certain comfort level in discovering how to use your gift. I'm greatful for his writings, they have blessed me.
