Overall quality is good with sturdy cast aluminum housing and silicone gasket. Power consumption at room temperature (70 F) was 61 watts instead of 70. The housing becomes very warm after extended run time, but there was no sign of overheating or change in light output after several hours. The thermal coupling between the LEDs and aluminum housing appears to be efficient.Some possible issues:(1) The cable is labeled as "appliance cable" and it is not clear if this is a UV/sunlight resistant material designed for long term outdoor use(2) I found condensation on the inside of the glass after running for ~2 hours. I removed the condensation and it has not reoccurred so these lights may have been assembled in a humid environment.(3) There was some small debris (lead clippings, bits of solder) inside the enclosure of some of the lights. It is best to remove this if present to prevent shorting of the internal components.I will update this review after using these lights for a few months (or sooner if problems develop).Update 6/14/16: I installed 8 of these in October 2014 in a freeze-thaw high elevation snow climate. They have worked perfectly though they are only used occasionally so have perhaps a few hundred hours of runtime.

Purchased 16 of these and had to return 3 of them after wasting time trying to see if we could get them working. Typical made in China product I suppose.

I use these lights in the front of my house and they light up the entire front of the house! Love thee lights, hard to believe they are LEDs and do not draw hardly any power.

Bought 6 of these last year just now got around to install them and non of them worked only one even came on but was blinking. I put alot of time and money into this project and am very disappointed. I almost always buy from led wholesalers and have never had a problem but this is a big problem

I loved these and installed them in April of 2015. They were on a timer for 4 hours per night. We are now in August 2015 and already 2 of the 3 I installed have stopped working. This is very disappointing as they claim to last thousands of hours. There seems to be no warranty?
