I usually wear size 2 or 4, so bought the size S. It fits perfect, and I don't feel restricted while doing the workout. But if someone wears 6, it can be a little tight. Also, it stays high around the waist during the exercise (does not slide down)and helps me sweat for sure. The material is sturdy yet stretchy to give you mobility. Highly recommended.

This shapewear was perfect for my 6-7 days a week workouts. The fit was true to size on my 5’3 140 athletic build. Can be worn by itself or with pants over it. Sturdy material allows a lot of mobility unlike a lot of shape wear. This product really gets you to sweat. I will purchase again when the time comes it’s the best I’ve found by far.

Of all three the ONLY pair that fit comfortable without sagging in the crotch area were these! I was really impressed how well they fit and we're easy to move in, especially compared to others. My only suggestion, make these full length or at least a longer crop. I hate that the cut off right below (at) my knees. It is kinda of uncomfortable in the crease and I just wish they covered my calves. Otherwise so far so good. I hope I don't have any issues with the splitting or tearing anytime. I also love the band across the top. Very convenient and holds you snug.

Not worth the money

Perfect fit!!! I’m 5’4” and weigh 135lbs, but I carry most of me weight in my thighs and butt and ordered this item in a S. It is a perfect fit and very comfortable. One of the things I love most about the material is that it’s not one of the really thick neoprene material, it’s a thinner version, so it almost feels like I’m wearing thick tights. Bravo!!!

Mid-range quality. These are cut small. I think they would have worked if I didn't have thick thighs and hips. The material seemed like it would heat up during a work out.

Thick and sturdy material that helps you sweat during workout. The velcro waistband is a big bonus and a convenient combination. Tight-fitting so I would recommend sizing up. Very happy with the product. Will order another pair.

The pants are a great fit and they are of outstanding quality, however, the velcros that attach the wrap at the stomach area is not as sturdy as I would have wanted.I love this item. I actually wore these pants for a couple of hours lounging at home and when I took them off, I had sweat on my legs and stomach area.5 Star item.
