Superchips 2855 Flashpaq for GM Duramax 3500 Truck LB7, LLY, LBZ and LMM Diesel 6.6L

This one had some Spanish languish mixed with English, but the software works great.

Install this in my 2006 Silverado 2500HD and what a difference in performance. I only installed the tow setting for better towing and mileage.

I notice a good power increase. Installation was easy. No noticeable mileage increase yet. But i've only used one tank.

When I bought it, I was going to buy the Bully Dog but let the sales guy talk me into the Superchips.I bought this for my 2006 Duramax and t worked fine for a while then crashed while I was restoring factory settings. It broke and left the truck half programmed.The manufacture was nice enough to fix it for the shipping cost. I was deluded into thinking they had great support.It hasn't worked since. I have called, emailed updated until I get frustrated then abandoned it. I finally got far enough past the last failure to decide to try again.I got a response from the tech guy that saya it has been so long since he failed to help me last time, I should call in and start over..I called tech support. The Voice comes on and tells me I have three people in front of me. Then the Voice says I have one person in front of my, I think that's not too bad. Then the Voice tells me I have seven people in front of me. Every time I got to one person it bumped me back. Finally it hangs up on me.Everyone I know that has the BD programmer loves it. I don't know anyone with the Superchips programmer because I must have been the only person stupid enough to buy one.What a wast of money time and effort.

I was impressed with the towing and performance program. The HP gain was obvious. However, even though all the product descriptions tout the additional features, when I tried to view options such as the speedometer calculation and tire size, I was surprised by the response: "custom options not available for this model". Also, I was very disapointed to discover that, after driving with the "economy" tune for a tank and a half of fuel that my mileage had actually gone DOWN over 1.5 MPG. After calling Superchips to confirm my fears that this product would not in fact do what I wanted it to do, a member of tech support informed me that; No, even with updating I would not be able to change my tire size and, if you are not driving hard all the time, the "performance" setting will acutally give you better fuel mileage than "economy". I will be returning this item.

It works awesome, I get 27 MPG at 65 Mph and the power is totally mind blowing!

So far it has worked well. I have programmed the economy mode and noticed a significant improvement in fuel consumption.
