This is the second container of allergy bites that I've purchased for my two chihuahuas. Prior to getting them, the 1 chi scratched constantly, I had taken her to the vet twice over it. Once she was given a steriod and I was told to give her benydryl. The second time she went (because obviously the first time didn't relieve her itching), she was put on Aboquel, which is very expensive and really did nothing to help her. Infact I tried it twice with no real results. One day I came across Zesty Paws Allergy Immune Bites and read a lot of great reviews so I decided to give it a try and happy that I did. I give it to both my girls because there are so many vitamins in them I figured it would benefit them both. Within a week or two I could see the one chihuahua who was non stop scratching, not itching as bad and she didn't look miserable anymore. She's been taking them for a while now and I have no need to take her to the vet anymore or to give her medicine. She's taking all natural herbs and vitamins and that's important to me. Oh..and these two dogs of mine are CRAZY NUTS for them. They hardly even chew them. I will continue to order them. Zesty Paws has several varieties of vitamins to help different conditions, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their product.

I give this at night as the hemp in it seems to make my dog sleepy. I give her this same brand allergy chews without hemp for daytime. Both work great and reduces the amount of medication that I have to give her. We notice that she asks for the chews before bed or if we forget she will walk us over to where the chews are and is only satisfied once we give her the chews. The hemp also helps keep her a bit calm (we also have their calm chews) so it's a 2in1 which is a good deal when fireworks are going off and that makes our girl a bit anxious. My Schnauzer-mix has terrible seasonal allergies. Licking feet, itchy body, and she has been on Apoquelle, and another product with Prednisone to control them, but I wanted to try an alternative. I checked with my vet prior to purchasing this product for her thoughts and any warnings, and she said to give it a try and let her know how it works.I’m about a month in, and it took about 3 weeks for me to notice a significant change, but I do see that my dog is scratching less and the paw licking has decreased. And Bella loves the taste. She looks at her bites as a super treat.So I do recommend giving this a try, especially as a possible alternative to prescription meds, and children’s Benadryl. I will be interested to see how effective it is when the fall weather really kicks in. That is usually a very difficult allergy time for Bella.

We got these because our dog has been chewing/itching his paws and the doctor said he may have an allergy. So we wanted to try something before the expensive medicine they wanted him on. Our dog loves these and thinks of them as a treat, but honestly, I haven’t noticed a difference. Unfortunately, I don’t think these have done anything for him.

With so many 5 star reviews, the cat - so to speak - is out of the bag, but this product is a miracle worker. Two of my dogs - an English Bull Terrier and a Staffy/Husky mix - get terrible seasonal allergies, leading to what we call "druffiness." The dandruff is especially noticeable on my all-black Staffy and I started them on a regimen of probiotic powder, fish oil out of the pump, omega-3 treats, Benadryl, another allergy supplement, and this Aller-Immune. With that "throw it all against the wall" approach, I had no idea what was working, but their dandruff and itchiness subsided within a couple of weeks. So, I continued the routine. Then, my auto-ship was missing this Aller-Immune and within days - DAYS - the druffiness came back. So I searched high and low and ordered it from another source and, lo and behold, about two weeks later, the dandruff is subsiding. As icing on the cake, my elderly chiweenie loves these things and she doesn't love much.

I also noticed his digestive system has improved as well, and he isn't getting stomach issues as often as before. The only con I found was if I skip a dose, the next day he is back to being allergy ridden. It takes about an hour after the next dose for him to get relief.

THE INGREDENTS ARE PROBABLY FROM CHINA.AFTER ONE DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE TO MY HEALTHY 3 YEAR OLD AUSTRAILIAN SHEPARD SHE LOST THE ABILITY TO USE HER BACK LEGS. SHE WAS TOTALLY INCAPICATED AND I HAD TO NURSE HER THOUGH THE NIGHT TO GET TO THE VET THE NEXT DAY. THE EFFECTS OF THIS POISION TOOK ABOUT 18 HOURS TO DISIPATE. i WAS LEFT WITH A THOUSAND DOLLAR VET BILL BUT MY DOG SURVIVED WHICH IS THE GOOD THING.Learn from my mistake. Dont buy anything from Amazon that deals with your pets health. Go to the vet and pay the money it costs for good care. This product is deadly. I'm lucky she did not get internal damage to any of her organs.I'm going to pursue damages through Amazons dispute process to see if I can get the product removed from its website and to compensate me for the large vet bill I had to pay to get my Dog back to health. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOO LOVE YOUR PET!!!
