The camping spring clip does what it's suppose to do. I would normally have given it three stars because of it's somewhat dubious quality, but it will do until I find something better. The reason I have one starred this is because of what I feel is blatant deceptive advertising. The image on the buy page shows 6 of the rings in a circle with the print stating "6 pcs" with the Amazon arrow underneath. For full disclosure they do have that they are selling only one of these rings in the small print to the right under the Product heading. However, to make matters more confusing, they added a quantity pull down menu for "1 Pack". I wrongfully assumed a "1 Pack" had the similar six items on the image the seller posted. I do believe this was a deliberate attempt to catch people, like me, who didn't take the time to read everything carefully.---EDIT---The seller has reached out to me and informed me that Amazon is the one responsible for the image showing the six items instead of one. "the 6 Pack LOGO was added by Amazon,and the photo won't be changed even though you choose different options,so we wrote down the notice on the page,sorry about the inconvenience" The image is still there so be aware you are only getting one item not six. The seller did offer to send me an extra item which I have declined. I didn't write this review to coerce the seller for free stuff. Because of of the seller reaching out, and explaining what happened, I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and amend my original review from one star to three stars, which reflects what I feel is the quality of the item.

These clips are very cheaply made and flimsy. Two of them broke immediately the first time I tried to use them. I don't trust the rest. I was planning to use them to clip things to my tote bag while traveling--small things like a travel umbrella or water bottle. But the spring breaks or won't close all the way. They are not worth the money at all.

Got the 6 pack of colored rings for the silver ring for a costume I designed. This pack does not come with a silver clip. I had to sand the paint off to use it.Additionally, these rings do not open very far and are difficult to use. Nor do they feel very sturdy.

We needed a clip where a regular shaped carabiner would leave too much of a gap. These worked perfectly. Seem sturdy and are working fine.

Work perfectly for clipping things together. In my case, groups of key rings.

It doesn't always close properly.

I purchased these to hold work binders together as I needed different sizes and they work like a charm
