Applied 3 coats to a newly painted large mural on outside walls but graffiti does not come off!
Within 2 weeks of volunteers completing this mural next to our community hydroelectricity scheme on the River Thames it was sprayed with graffiti. We had applied 3 coats as per the instructions but neither water nor the specialist graffiti remover have got it off. We are distraught and do not know what to do next to both restore the mural and ensure that we can remove any future graffiti. I have been trying to get guidance from Chemiphase but without success so far.
