Excellent rope. Very fast and good for all levels. It is durable, however, would not use on concrete as possible could wear down. However, for a $10 rope, just as good as my RX rope

I bought this because it was supposed to be easier than a wire "speed" rope which I also have. I find it more difficult to use because it is very light and also has more drag, making it overall more effort to spin the rope. I haven't really gotten the hang of it but I'm not sure it's the manufacturer's fault either. It is easily adjustable and comfortable to hold.

Since I cancelled my gym membership I wanted to add something that can be done easily and burn a lot of calories. This is the perfect compliment to my weight collection. I like that you can adjust the length.

Quality good enough

Excellent. Don't feel you need to buy a super expensive rope. I have learned all the tricks on here and the boxer step. The beads help you to know where the rope is.
