it works!
i took it for pre and post surgery and had a record recovery. ( had to stop 10days before surgery to avoid thin blood and reintroduce it as soon as i could eat after surgery) Yes the tables are large but if you blend them in with your smoothie they work great and are very easily digested.

NOT chewable
I bought these looking for a plant based chewable for my teen that would not gross her out. There is NO WAY you can call these chewable as even I could not choke them down. They are not much better tasting than a regular vitamin and the texture is terrible. May be a high quality vitamin, but it misleading to call them "chewable" as described on Amazon.

Not As Presented.
I am very disappointed, since only 1 bottle arrived. No where in the description of the product does it say 1 bottle. It doesn't mention 1 month supply or even how many pills are in the order. IT DOES HOWEVER SHOW 3 BOTTLES OF 90 TABLETS EACH. Since I have them I will give them a try, but if I don't feel amazing they will go back for the money back guarantee.
