Prefer Pets Soft Pet Carriers

I really like that the bag it does not "scream" pet bag. Instead, it simply looks like a colorful bag with sizeable grommets. I have a 7lbs papillon that I carry to work with me. The bag works well in that I do not look like I'm carrying a dog in my bag and my dog actually enjoys being in the bag. What I dislike about the bag (one less star) is the nylon handle on the zippers on top of the bag looks ragged. At first I thought another dog had bitten the bag since I knew another dog had "seen" the bag. I almost sent it back when I got it, because there was another dog's hair in it. But I didn't because I liked it too much. Anyhow, after careful examination, I realized that the nylon handle snags at the velco enclosure towards the front of the bag. It consistently snags and there is no way to prevent it. I wished the velcro aspect was designed differently so that it didn't ruin the nylon handle.

This carrier is AWESOME. I cannot even explain-- we brought my 3 month old puppy home in this bag and literally use it 4-5 times a day carrying her outside (we can't walk our dog out of our apartment) for the last four months.Super durable. good quality, and everyone is always surprised when they see her little head poke out because it looks like a gym bag! She absolutely loves it-- we hang it up by the door and whenever we get the bag, she knows it's time to go out so she just jumps in the bag!Our dog is a Pomeranian/Shihtzu mix and she was originally 7 pounds. She is now about 11 pounds and still fits perfectly in the bag, however, it is not too comfortable for her zipped up inside now. When she was about 8-9 pounds (she's pretty long) she could stay zipped up inside for a very long time without any complaint.I definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a carrier that looks like any regular bag! It's really cute and well made. The only thing I would warn against is don't let the bag just lie around on the floor because if your dog likes chewing she could chew up the zipper. Ours chewed up a tiny segment but it still works fine! :)

Hides my animal well, but I wish there was dark mesh on the sides instead of just grommets, so that there was more circulation. It's a thick bag and I get worried how hot my dog gets in the heat. Little guy gets excited about the bag when it comes out, so no problems with use.My dog is 10 pounds, but with long legs - standing up his back pushes against the top of of the mesh panel. Lying down, you can fit towels, food etc with the dog inside.Edit: 1 yr later - I am removing a star because the velcro closure means that my dog can easily nose the zippers open on either side of the flap. kind of ruins the incognito effect, but on the plus side he can never completely trapped inside??

I like this bag but it's bigger than I'd hoped. It does look kind of gym baggy but I'm not sure I'd be so inconspicuous going in a movie theatre with it...which was my original intention for it. Also the bottom is a bit soft for a dog...I'd put a PC of plexiglass or something to stiffen it up. It's a snazzy bag though and looks like it'll wipe clean easily

Fast shipment and very inexpensive for what you get. Overall product quality is excellent. Bag is heavier than expected but very pleased with its looks and heavy duty engineering -- a very well thought out good balance of form and function product design. Probably not a good choice for airplane travel use due to limited ventilation and dimensions. Love it and highly recommend!

Stupid! I hate these bags and they weren't cheap and I bought 2 of them! Ugh! They have ZERO support so they just collapse all around your cat! And it's very difficult to maneuver your cats into the bag because the bags don't stay upright and your crazy cat has all their crazy toenails and legs flailing about like a lunatic anyway so it's just chaos.

It's not heavy but feels very sturdy and strong. Plenty of air holes on the sides and mesh on top. The side pockets also have slots for cellphone or other items which was a pleasant surprise

Great bag. Sturdy and just the right size for my dog. Bigger than most bags, but light when empty. If the bag is out, the dog jumps in.
