I will update my post as I workout this week. I currently do high impact cardio and a lot of ab work 7 days a week. (Chloe Ting challenge! Check her out on YouTube!!!!) add that with a waist trainer and you’ve got Killer results!I was just wearing a Walmart golds gym waist trainer at the start of this challenge, which worked great but didn’t cover my whole torso. My results are crazy good and I’m only on week 3 of my challenge.I’m so stoked to have a waist trainer that covers lower abs, upper abs AND BACK!!!These things will make you seriously sweat and trim down that belly fat like you won’t believe!!!I ordered a size medium. I am 5’5’’, my waist is 31 inches, my hips are 37 inches and I weigh 151 lbs.It’s a little snug but I would rather that than have it a little too big. Especially while I’m transforming so quickly right now. (Seriously recommend chloe ting!!!)The only complaint I have so far is that the shoulder straps seem loose and come away from the skin a pretty good amount. I hope this won’t be a problem while working out. I’m willing to give it a shot & will continue to update throughout this week!!UPDATE::Able to move all around. Not restricting. The loose arms don’t seem to cause an issue. Maybe even better to allow full range of motion.Sweat? Wow!!! And let me just say, I am NOT a sweaty person!I could see the sweat accumulating on my sports bra but never dripping from my belly & back like the golds gym trainer did. I got to wondering if it was as good as the golds gym one because of this. BUT HEAR ME OUT. It’s just made of a material that holds the moisture. The back of my sports bra is under the vest so the bra fabric soaks the moisture instead and this is why I’m only seeing sweat there. I did a test with a small cotton swatch that I crocheted (cotton absorbs and holds moisture). I put the swatch under my vest on my tummy and completed my cardio workout. At the end (guys. Omg.) I was able to actually WRING OUT the sweat on that swatch!SO YES IT MAKES YOU SWEAT WHETHER YOU SEE IT OR NOT.Only complaint I have is that the zipper moves and hangs (and it’s a pretty large one) so when you’re doing anything on your tummy it can kind of hurt. BUT I’m going to see a pice of fabric to act as a pocket for the zipper because this vest is a KEEPER!!!!My photos I’m sharing are of my results before and during weeks 1,2&3 doing Chloe Tings workout challenge while wearing a waist trainer. You can literally see me slimming and toning!!Also, sorry for the sweaty bra but I really wanted to show that it works. And as you can see from the results, it really really makes a difference!!!SERIOUS RESULTS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VEST AND CHLOE TINGS CONTENT!!!!!

I love this waist trainer!! I have purchased several different versions and they all used to raise ,roll, or fold up and become uncomfortable or simply nothing more than a sports bra.. but this one fits perfectly and the length of it covers the entire stomach area... the shoulder straps are a bit loose but it’s great for arm days Because I get full range of motion... I’ve had it almost a month now and I can definitely see the results already.. I have even went ahead to order a small bc of the inches I’ve been losing.. overall best waist trainer ever...

I love this product! At first I was unsure about the size that I bought this product in because I did not know if it was going to fit my body the way I wanted it to. As soon as I received the product, I tried it on and it was perfect for my body size! I normally wear a size Large on all my clothing, but I bought a size smaller and it tightens my stomach and it's comfortable, perfect to lose weight and create the hour shape glass look. This product makes you sweat like never before. After I finished working out, I was sweating from all over my back and stomach! This product is completely worth my money spend! I cannot wait to continue using it to lose weight and I cannot wait to see the results of my new body shape thanks to this Waist Trainer!

It is so hard for me as a plus size woman to find something that accommodates my figure and I was so happy to have found this product.It fits my body perfectly and helps me get my sweat on in every work out. I see fast results happening helping me get ridof some of my water weight and sculpting. I ordered the GAODI Women Waist Trainer Vest Slim Corset Neoprene Sauna Tank Top Ziipper Weight Loss Body Shaper Shirt on June 16, 2018. I received the product very promptly on June 18th, 2018. I was very pleased with the quick shipping and the product. It was nicely package in a plastic zip sealed bag within the mailer envelope. It smelled slightly plastic, but quickly went away once out of the package for a few minutes. I have a 38 inch waist and decided to get the xl because I wanted it snug. It was perfectly snug but not extremely tight. In my option it fit exactly like I expected from the measurements on the site. I looked slim and was still cinched in nicely. It gave me an awesome posture which will be helpful throughout the day. I wore the item for about one hours when I first received it and took off to see how much I swear underneath. It was not a great deal of sweat, but it was a lot for me only wearing it for an hour and not being active. Also, keep in mind that I did not experience any additional sweating on my body. I only had sweat under the vest, which was awesome. In my opinion this is a great product and a great experience with the seller. I look forward to wearing to work and during excercising. I’ll update more after some more time.

It’s so comfortable to wear and it’s true to size.

Came damaged in very bad unusable condition with holes and without zipper and appears like fire damage.

I wanted to love it-i did! If you are petite (5’2”) don’t bother! It will not fit-it’s too long period and surprisingly big!!! Because i am stubborn and i wanted to at least see if i would sweat, i did try it. Yes, i did sweat! I would sweat more if it actually fit me. So now i have to be creative, break out my sewing kit and modify it to fit me. I am just glad i did not spend that much money!!

i got this but it was way too small for me i accidently got it on a size medium but really i wanted to get it in large. No i don't have any money or time to return since i am a scholar working part time to get the bread. overall great customer service!!..

Large is so small.
