very strong onion flavour
as a first time user I added a teaspoon in a recipe and it gave a strong flavour - one has to know how much quantity to use to avoid too strong or too mild flavour. good quality.

Gets moisture easily gets sticky and develops lumps
The powder gets sticky in just 15 days. I had to empty the bottle, sund dry and heat the powder. It forms lumps as well.

Great oniony taste

Need better packing to keep product airtight.
Flavour is good. But the powder absorbs moisture very easily. Need beeter packing to keep airtight and avoid moisture absorbing.
