I really like the quality and thought that went into this product. Pretty easy to install, ( need 2 people ) I have a insulsted garage door so I had to get longer bolts. Besides that they work great ! When my Attic fan turns on it draws air through my garage and through all 4 vents, keeping everything cool during the heat of the day.

Excellent construction, and easy to install using an angle cutter for metal garage doors. Installed 2, and the difference in temperature in my garage was amazing. Very pleased!

I was going to use a regular vent cover to vent my garage, but I realized I would need both a screen and a louver -- I was working on a hack when I came across this. It cost a little more, but it is built for the job. It took me a couple of hours, but I am still pretty new to the DIY thing, so your results may vary. Cutting straight lines out of metal is not intuitive, and getting the bolt holes right took me a couple of tries. I might be a couple mils off level, but it works. On the back side, I laid some heavy beads of caulk on 3 sides (not the side with the lever, of course.). One quality issue to mention is that the paint on the bolts was already chipping off when I got the package; otherwise, everything was packed well and in good condition.

While this was easy to install, and easy to use, works well, and keeps out the weather well, they don't survive Amazon's sub-par packing.Beware that Amazon ships these in the manufacturer box with no over-packaging, so the little handle pokes through and gets bent. I purchased 2 of these, one operates very smoothly and the other has a couple sticky shutters, I attribute that to the damage in shipping.Some might say "send it back", but if Amazon ships them without over-packaging, the replacement will be subject to the same abuse in shipping.If Amazon properly packaged these so they arrived undamaged, I'd give it 5 stars, but you have to take into account that you will not get a pristine and unblemished item in the mail.

We have now ordered and installed two of these as vents for our greenhouse to allow airflow in the bottom section of the wall. Along with the roof vents we installed they provide much needed movement of air throughout the greenhouse. Although I’m sure it’s not their intended purpose, they were easy to install on the polycarbonate sheeting on the exterior of the greenhouse, and I like that they have a lever to open and close the vents. That will come in handy in the fall and spring when I want to reduce airflow and increase heat retention!

The vendor/manufacturer of this product has a good item, but they're lazy in doing there job to ensure that when sending out items to customers that all the correct parts are present.I purchased two new items and they arrived one and a half weeks later. Just looking at the boxes it was apparent they were opened prior to me receiving them. Like the title says "no hardware" were in the boxes. What's the point of attempting to install anything without those? SMH.AMAZON should be telling them about themselves. There are enough reviews starting what I've just disclosed. Until they have there system corrected its a buyer beware - you're rolling the dice on purchasing these things.

Exactly as described. Well manufactured product, but also looks to be somewhat serviceable if necessary. Installed perfectly for my purposes, and quite easily. I'll buy from this manufacturer again if something comes up.

Fit the description perfectly. I spray painted them and hired a handyman to install. I am happy. It gets very hot here in the summer and our garage had NO ventilation. Very glad I purchased 2 of these, one high one low, to create air circulation.
