Junk-Box Jewelry: 25 DIY Low Cost (or No Cost) Jewelry Projects

Odds & Ends
This book is more for inspiration and ideas. It would be difficult to copy the projects because these are truely made from 'found' objects.I like the book because I have found really interesting bits of nature, broken glass, just stuff in my junk drawer that I couldn't remember what it was, and Ms. Drew has the imagination to see what it might become. My own imagination has been kicked up a notch by reading Sarah's books.I reccommend this book to anyone who likes to create "something-from-nothing"

New to jewelry making.
New to jewelry making. Many ideas, but not much for me to make. However, as I become more experienced I will peruse it again. I also wanted more ideas with costume jewelry with stones and beads.

A great book for jewelry-making beginners
This book totally got me excited about making jewelry! I've never made any jewelry before (besides friendship bracelets, but I don't think those count) but the projects in this book were super easy for me to get started on. I made the Art Deco Bracelet for my mom's birthday and she literally couldn't believe that I didn't buy it at a store.Once you learn the basics skills that the book teaches you, you can go on to make other projects that you think of yourself. It's true that you have to buy the tools to make the jewelry, but that's the case for any craft book. However, the projects that the book teaches you how to make are really inexpensive and creative.I would recommend this book to anyone who's looking to get started in jewelry making!
