Cannoli's - Gourmet Frozen Appetizers (28 Piece Tray)

When I was in collage, I had an Italian roommate who's father was a baker / pastry maker. He made his fresh cannoli with ricotta. It was delicious! Light & not sugary sweet. This is the closest I ever found to his. If you like overly sweet, Americanized Cannoli, this is not for you. If you want a more authentic cannoli, prepare for your eyes to roll & an hum slip from you mouth, as you take your 1st bite!

Arrived quickly, packaged appropriately. The cannoli's tasted great , I think the filling is so-so It doesn't seem to be made from scratch. If it were it'd probably have a much better flavor, the pastry portion is a bit thick and maybe a little to hard -- I think figuring out a way for the filling to taste a bit more authentic and for the pastry to not be quite so hard would be nice. Might order again, but only for a special occasion.

A great dessert , I enjoyed it very much the crush was a little harder than I remember anyway I love them.
