Excellent pill alarm for the money
Received device on time, set up was easy and it works as stated. This is a great pill alarm for the money if you need up to 8 alarms a day.

8 alarms. Easy to use
Seemed easy to set. You have to pay attention to the screen. Alarm is not too loud but loud enough.

The timer works well but cheaply made and stand broke almost immediately
I still gave it 4 stars because the timer itself works great. Eight alarms is more than enough for my doses, but I find I only use the countdown timer because my first dose of the day varies, and I am not willing to set it up every day. However; if your dose times never vary it will be perfect for you! And if they DO vary like me, the countdown timer is flawless and easy to use. My only issue with this timer, and I feel like it's a big one, is the stand broke almost immediately. It is attached by a really tiny plastic peg that simply broke off a few days after I had my timer. I was able to use it for another few weeks with only one peg in, but as you would suspect, that one broke as well. It has a fairly strong magnet on the back, but my bedside has no surface to put it on. You can also hang it, but again, no place for me to hang. I ended up using heavy-duty velcro to attach it to my hospital table. It seems to be doing okay, but I've only had it there for a few hours. I will update if there is a problem. I feel like I shouldn't have to alter and troubleshoot this product. I think they tried to have too many ways to use it, and for that reason it is flimsy. I still recommend this product, but know what you are getting. It will break, but it won't affect the operation of the timer -- just where you can put it and see it.

Doesn't work
Came without instructions. Following the video, I could never set it up except of timer. Very disappointed.

It does what I need it to do.
I like the size of this alarm clock and I needed the eight reminders for medical and feeding times. The clock should say hour mode minutes, but my minute button is an upside down hour button. No biggie, but annoying. Also, I seem to keep losing my number two alarm and lately it reverts to a 24 hour mode. I think trying to all things with one button makes using the clock a bit more difficult. I would not mind a few more buttons for specific things like 24 vs 12 hours. That could have been a toggle switch on the back. Other than that, it is useful.

Used for years for Parkinsons husband & now glad to have one for me
This timer now has clear directions (as they point out, in English) for setting the clock and for setting each pill reminder (from one to eight times a day), and a choice of 12 hour or 24 hour time display. Between chimes to remind of taking a pill or pills, it also shows the regular clock time in between. It has a little fold-out stand for setting it on a table, which folds flat for carrying it in your pocket.I tried the vibrating wrist band, which is very cool, but my illness makes my eyes blurry so the large numbers on this despite it's pocket size are great for me.The only down side on this new one is that the battery didn't work, but it was very easy to put in a new AA battery (the battery door is very easy to open and slide back in place after insertion of a new battery).Very helpful as a pill reminder esp for an old person with many pills like me.
