Wrights Liquid Smoke - Mesquite 103ml

Delicious smoky scent and flavour, very natural tasting, easy to use in so many dishes. A little goes a long way, so good value.

Great flavour, definitely only need a drop. Brilliant for steak, burgers & brisket with no oven. Would go for other flavours when using for pork or chicken.Only issue was despite the tamper proof seal, the cap was looser and we had a little leakage. Not enough for me to return but the box smelt like smoke lol.

Great product. Only issue I had was the lid was slightly loose and leaked in the box.

Very strong. So use it with care.I tried first with few stakes to test it and understand how much to use.you only need few drops.Then I tried with a whole chicken I added a team spoon mixed with the marinated. And then… a brisket 3kgs. 2 tea spoon mixed with a bit of oil and rub it in Wo the the dry rub.Results were amazing all the above was oven cooked. My wife counsels believe it was cooked in the oven due to the tasty smoky flavourI will buy this for sure more than once.

Lovely flavour - quite a strong smell, I keep it in a zip lock bag in the cupboard so it doesn’t make everything else smell of liquid smoke!

it has an ok flavor, only to use a small amount , it does add a light smokiness to the meat
