This is very sturdy and perfect. I bought it for straining kefir but it is great for straining anything.

I love the size and convenience to store. The one I had before wasn't big enough more than half of the time. This one is still small yet fits my food needs perfectly.

This is a lite-duty strainer/colander, but most of the time I'm just cooking for me and my wife, so it is perfect for draining and rinsing smaller quantities of pasta, diced potatoes, etc.. It's very light weight, easy to clean, stands up to boiling water, it's easy to store in a drawer or cabinet, and the price is very nice. I have other bigger and fancier colanders, but I use this one 95% of the time.This is my second purchase of this item. I bought the first one in April of 2019, but last month I made the mistake of trying to rinse a big load of tomatoes, and the handle snapped.

Product is exactly what we were looking for. We had to replace the one we had, and it was difficult finding something so similar.

This colander is pretty darn small in volume. I guess it is technically 8.5" wide but it's shallow too. It's not usable for my normal amount of noodles. I guess that's my fault for thinking 8.5" was larger than it is but be warned.

I bought this to sift my cooking pellets in my pellet smoker since dust can help clog the auger. This works well to remove dust and wood fines. So far since I started using this, I haven't had any feeding problems. I wish I had started to sift my pellets sooner.

Very Flimsy

I replaced my strainer with this one because I melted 15 year old strainer accidentally on my stove top. So far I think this strainer is made from great plastic and is not showing any signs of weakness. I really like it and hope it lasts as long as my old one.

Serves its purpose in the kitchen !

Good overall, Handel to short and could have been longer so it can go across the sink.

We had a stainless mesh strainer before. Got these because they wouldn’t rust. Use them all the time because they’re great.

We had been using an ancient metal colander. This one is much better, lighter and having a handle is great. Great value.
