Super clear sound, NHT alway makes great speakers

I installed these in my ceiling and I was impressed by their size and weight. In fact the weight is enough that I would advise use of the dedicated brackets that are sold for this speaker, but unfortunately this wasn't possible in my case and so I have to rely on the wallboard to support it. The speaker is made for this, so it shouldn't be a problem, but I wish I had used the brackets for extra security. The other caution I would add is that this speaker is very deep and you need to make sure you have the necessary clearance in the cavity where you want to mount them. There is no way this would fit in a normal 2x4 wall. My one small complaint is that both of the units I purchased had a small identical defect in the center of the grill which is due to the way the product is packed. NHT should fix this.

These speakers have excellent sound and were a snap to install. If you're on a budget but want big sound, look into NHT - you won't be disappointed, but you may be pleasantly surprised.

I purchased four of them for my new house. Let's be honest : the sound quality is very good. My problem is not there. One of the 4 speakers were defective out of the box. As there's no warranty outside US (I live in Belgium), I just had to purchase another one. My loss is 546 USD (there are almost 200 USD charges for shipping and customs fees). So in the end, if I'm happy with the sound, Im' not with the whole experience.

Superior sound

Relatively easy to install on my own and the sound is superb. I match these with C3 fronts and the Dolby Atmos sound simply flows through the room transparently. I knocked 1 star off due to missing mounting foam on 2 of the 4 speakers I purchased, so I would encourage NHT to improve Quality Control. Otherwise, this is a 5 star product!

NHT creates very warm accurate sounding speakers. My home theater is housed with their entire line of speakers and subs, everyone comments how incredible my system sounds. I needed ceiling speakers for my kitchen and living room and these NHT iC4-ARC 2-Way 8-inch are perfect. 8-inch drivers give you better low notes while the additional 3 tweeters allow you to hear the sound no matter where your sitting. I definitely recommend them.
