Not sure how well they work on legs but they're great for arms

I can fit both my legs is this strap. And nothing to hold the dangling excess. The arm bands fit my legs haha. I'm a skinny guy but not tiny. These things are made for PED jacked competitive body builder sized muscles. I suppose better too long than too short. Quality seems fine. Price is good.

I just got my bands today and there was no carrying bag with them as it said there would be. Also, I know this is the 1st time using these but I wish directions came with them to show where to position them exactly on the arms and legs and how to put the strap through the correct slots. I'm still excited to try them but a bag would be nice so they are not just in my gym bag. The photo shows all I got.

These are great straps and it has a nice buckle. Even though they are a little thick they do fit comfortably. I get a massive arm pump from it. I highly recommend it.

I need instructions how to tighten these bands without pinching my skin on the belt. One possible solution is wearing clothing however what if the bands are on the quads? If there is not solution then only bands with a sphygmomanometer are realistically possible for my use.

Was excited to get this item. Was not sure how to put them on, there were no directions I tried them how I thought they go on and the traps were to long, but I dont think Iam putting the on right though.
