I bought this back brace because of the reviews and several folks saying they use them for golfing and tennis. Well, I have a damaged L5,S1 nerve and when it pinched and becomes irritated the pain can be excruciating. Went golfing with some buddies this last weekend, wore it the entire time, and two days later I am not only NOT sore, my back actually feels pretty dang good. It worked well for me. Kept my core in place and actually helped my posture when hitting the ball. Yes, it actually helped me with better ball strikes. I will be wearing this from now on, and I highly recommend it to anyone with similar issues.

I am still trying to get right size I ordered a large it was too small reordered a X-Large they sent another large just reordered again hope they send the right size this time.I received the x-large , trying it out, good fit , I like it.

I usually don’t write reviews but I put this thing on about three hours ago and it’s already stabilized my pelvis and back and I feel a lot of relief. I had hysterectomy six months ago and has always had some element of low back pain but it’s gotten a lot worse since my hysterectomy which is why I thought I would try this product. Very happy so far.
