This product has worked for, when other biotin brands have not. In my family, there'a genetic marker that means that biotin is not well absorbed. This product clearly has helped with that, reducing the intensity of my psoriatic arthritis and another family member's skin psoriasis, markedly. I can't say if it will help everyone with psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis, but I'd give it go, for sure. A bonus has been some obviously great hair growth. Take 2 pills (5mg) morning, two at night, or just 4 in the morning. These pills dissolve quickly and you'll want to wash them down without delay. But that's a minor point and should not make you miss out on the effectiveness of the product. Unbeatable.

I started taking this product about a month ago after hearing about it on YouTube. I wanted to see what its effect would be on my hair, skin, and nails. I had my hair braided at the time which would make it easier to identify new growth but I haven't noticed a huge amount of difference in now and before I began using the product. I have seen NO difference in my nails yet. My skin seems smoother (though I can't say it is due to this and not my recent switch to a different skin care line.) The other day, I started taking a Super B-Complex supplement to hopefully boost the results. In a nutshell, I say the jury is still out on this product...

I am a freak at trying to grow my hair, i had thin hair my entire life I am 19 years old. I started taking four a day, two in the morning two at night I talked to a specialist and wow am I happy! Everyone in my life notices my hair growing like crazy without me even asking. I have had about six inches of hair growth in seven months when my hair would not grow like this ever! I have tried other biotins previous to this but am getting the best results with this kind!! So happy I am finally achieving the hair growth I have wanted forever:)

So far so good...just a simple biotin tablet.

Bought to use for help with finger nails. Doctor says will take a several months to see improvement so can't testify to how well it works. Can give 5 stars for speed/accuracy of delivery.

Its taking time but my hair is growing in. I started in November and in April its distinctly better

I am taking this product to strengthen my fingernails. I injured my thumb and the nail fell off so I wanted it to grow back and be strong,hence I began taking the Biotin. It is too soon to tell if it has worked.
