Good read, lots of knowledge
Awesome book on Yoga. So much to learn. A few points I disagree with like their understanding of Patanjali Yoga Sutras but otherwise a must read for anyone interested in Hatha Yoga. Just a disclaimer, do not do the practices mentioned without a master.
