I will give this a 5 stars due to the 5 star response from the seller.Initial order: order went through fine and tracking was good until I had a ‘your order has been delivered’ notification. It had not been delivered to my address so where it went, no idea...Response: I emailed the seller stating what was what and they replied within 24hrs. They explained that trying to trace the original would be laborious so they sent another free of charge.2nd attempt: arrived on time.**Product: better than expected. Perfect fit for the bed in question and is very comfortable. We are actually looking at getting the same mattress for our eldest daughter now.

I was really happy to find a mattress with these dimensions. The mattress is comfortable and easy to clean. My 3 years old is using it for a year now and we are still happy with it.
