Received before a party I was throwing and the glass lid had a clean crack running the entire length of it. Most likely from shipping since the box itself was a bit banged up. Went to Macy's instead and bought the Cellar 2.5 gal barrel one that actually has the fruit infuser and ice holder and a galvanized stand with the chalkboard for sale of only $45. The Del Sol dispenser is on it's way back now as we speak. Oh! And for anyone concern about leaking faucets, just buy the nice metal one Amazon sells. It was $13 but totally worth it. The liquid comes out much better and faster actually than the little plastic ones that come with these dispenser.I would recommend this one instead. Having read previous reviews I was a little bit dubious but because I thought it was one of the nicest for that prices I was willing to give it a go. I received it in good time, before my daughters party I decided to fill it with water and leave it overnight to see if there were any leaks; not one drop :)On the outside of the box was a label saying improved (not the correct term as I cannot remember it) spout, the silver and black coloured piece that you push to get the drink out of. So, maybe they have changed it how it was before to make it better?I love the sign. Good size for what I had written " Berry Juice", not big and cumbersome.This product was PERFECT for my little girl's 6th fairy birthday party!

This item just arrived. The glass was intact but when I filled it with water it leaked everywhere. I retightened the spout but it keeps leaking. The stand is not sturdy. Do not recommend. The photo was taken fifteen minutes after placing water in the main container. This is how much it leaked in fifteen minutes.

The quality of this item is poor even for the price. The spigot is plastic and very "cheap" feeling and the glass had deformities in it. Once we took it out of the box and looked at it we decided to send it back.

Just a few gripes though. First, the chalkboard that they give you with the item in TINY!! Like 2inches by 1 inch. I could hardly fit anything on it and they make it look huge in the pictures with all kinds of writing and artwork. Not the case. Also, the nozzle for the liquid to come out is about 2 inches from the bottom so you still have a good bit of liquid in the jar but cant get it out. It is nice though and I will get some good use out of it.

I love everytihng about this product accept I think they should put the spout farther down at the bottom. So much liquid is left in the bottom & you have to tip it forward to make it come out! Besides that, I do give it 5 stars for the price & even if it cost more. Does not leak at all. The stand is very nice to have. Looks so cute that I have it displayed on my counter as an accent piece. When there's a party its ready to go! Great for indoors or outside on the deck too.

I love it. After reading the reviews about leaking, I did go ahead and order the Stainless Works Stainless Steel Beverage dispensar replacement at the same time. When I received the drink dispenser I went ahead and switched out the nozzle right away. I have used it several times this summer and I am very happy with it.
