IT WORKS WELL JUST A LITTLE COSTLY.

My doctor told me that a lot of her patients use this and it has the ability to drop cholesterol by 30 to 40 points if used twice a day. I've been taking it since March 27th and, so far, have not noticed any bad side effects. I did notice an increase in energy after the first week but it's too soon to attribute that to these capsules. I'll know in May about the cholesterol

Kong May is AMAZING! I didn't change my eating habits and watched my cholesterol go down. I have been taking this for 2 years and I was border line for medication, but after taking Kong May, I keep it under control by just taking a capsule after breakfast and dinner. I try to tell everyone I know with problems about this stuff.

Unfortunately not the case for me.I shared with my doc that I was taking this and she informed me that red yeast rice is a form of statin and can cause the same issues.Here is what I found when googling-“ But that doesn't mean red yeast rice supplements are safer than prescription statins. They aren't. "Like statins, red yeast rice can cause exactly the same side effects as statins, and that includes muscle, liver, and kidney problems," Lipman says.I am disappointed.I am sure it will work for some but not for me.Best wishes to all.
