Shut The Box Game

I like the look with the light wood and green felt. The box seems put together well, but the felt feels thin and the numbers are not all the same size and some are not centered on the rod-see pics of #6 and 9-12. I can overcome that, but in almost 10 minutes of playing, the dice almost never landed on 4, 5, or 6! Almost every game i had the 9-12 still left because no high rolls! The 1 is bigger than the other numbers which is odd too. I am going to get my own dice to use. It’s a fun game, and if you can overcome the anomalies, then it’s a good deal.

Very well made--smooth wood and clear numbers. The panels move smoothly and are sturdy. My 7-year-old grandson really likes it. Since the numbers go up to 12 it makes him work a little harder than the usual factors of 10. It's a nice combination of luck and strategy. It may be a bit big for travel and there's no place to keep the dice.

It goes to twelve, which makes the game more competitive. The box is made well and will last me a long time. Speedy delivery. No problems, A+ service

This game is very well made, easy to learn, and fun to play. We play it with our 7 and 11 year old all the time and both find it enjoyable. Would recommend and have already purchased a second game as a gift. Good purchase.

Bought this for my nephew as a birthday gift so he and my sister could have their own game to play. They love playing it.

Great to just sit out on a side table for guests young and old. Originally bought for a at home casino party and it was a major hit. You’ll play for hours because that win is always *just* out of reach.

There were many versions of this traditional pub/bar game on-line. We are so happy we made our choice with this version as it is very well made, attractive, and something you can keep out on a coffee table to play with your family and guests! A great way also to gently immerse your young children into the fun of math!
