Excellent Keto baking recipes!
I was pleasantly surprised with the yummy creative Keto friendly recipes in this book, accompanied by color pictures and easy to understand instructions.

Worth it
I bought this because it had a zucchini bread recipe. I was happy to see it has several other recipes to try. One of the best keto baking cookbooks I have found. I wish it was spiral bound though.

Same recipes as in another cookbook
This book is nearly identical to the healthy coconut flour cookbook by same author. Very disappointed as there only a few different recipes!! Same recipes, same pictures, nearly same everything! This should be mentioned in product description!

Interesting recipes
I would have given a 5 but there are so many errors. The nutrition the calories servings many recipes totally inaccurate which is shocking it made it to publishing like that- be advised you need to calculate your own net carbs.

Great recipies!
The Keto regimen works for me: it controls my blood sugars and have lost 20 lbs. since February. These recipies are a welcome addition to my library.

Super Recipes for a Keto Diet
I went through the book when it arrived, marking the recipes I wanted to try first.More than half of the book.All delicious, all simple to prepare.My only problem was, that making one recipe, I found that I can't stand the taste of Coconut Flour.Otherwise, all else is incredible food.

So far the best one
I have bought about 5 keto and diabetic books to make basics to replace the high sugar, high carb versions. This is the first one that has goo, colour pictures and recipes that I would actually want to make.As with most books there are a lot of cheese based items in here and I have a cheese allergy, but there are far less of them than in the other books. I wish I had bought this book first as I wouldn't have needed to waste money on the others. There are a few recipes in here that I have never heard of before which look so nice in the picture. So I am also tempted into trying something new. I am a creature of habit so if is getting me trying new things then that is a big win.I do recommend this book even if you can't eat some of the ungredient in some recipes because there is so much veriety and so many choices to make that it is likely to be a very useful book to have. Some things can be seapped out. I think cream cheese can be swapped out with greek yoghurt. There are some coconut flour only recipes and some almond flour only ones too, so it doesn't always use nuts in everything.
