Does Doc Tuska make house calls??
As a former Special Operator and current concierge doctor for elite military and security teams, Doctor James Tuska had come to expect the unexpected but nothing could've prepared him for Allie.Allie wakes up from a horrible accident to learn she's forgotten who she is and everything about her life. Even with amnesia she knows something is very wrong with the life everyone is trying to convince her is her own. Her only hope, her safe harbor in these unfamiliar waters is the breathtakingly gorgeous doctor taking care of her. Allie's unsure of just HOW she knows it but somehow she is certain that tethering herself to him is her safest bet, nevermind how ridiculously attractive he is. When she blurts out that he's her fiancé, she has no idea how he'll react so when he agrees, she knows she's her only ally well.James doesn't know why he goes along with her little deception but he can't look into her eyes and tell her she's on her own. He's a doctor, for crying out loud, he's seen vulnerability in the eyes of a patient but for some reason, it's impossible to ignore her silent plea for help. He finds himself drawn to her in a way he's never experienced before and despite the very clear knowledge that this will go directly against the CIAs plans for the beauty, he can't let her go it alone.Their shared deception quickly spins into a out of control desire and a death defying sprint to find out why someone wants Allie dead!Cristin Harber writes alpha heroes and kick ass heroines like no other and Dejá Vu was no exception. James was very alpha even without the guns and camo, yet he was so careful with Allie, in a way that made me go aweeee. He was also melt-my-Kindle hot and their sexy times...WHOA, send the fire department. Allie was badass in her own right; smart, funny, super capable and up to the challenge of reclaiming her real life, with or without anyone's help (except the uber driver! lol) Even when everyone tries to convince her she's crazy, she is able to fall back on her resourcefulness and superior intelligence to find the truth. These two go together like fire and gasoline! Their connection felt very real and their chemistry was off the charts! Even though this was a novella, I didn't feel their connection was rushed, which I hate. It was also great to see some of the Titan characters we've come to love so much. Absolutely nothing new with a smoking hot 5 stars for Cristin Harber!

4 stars -- fun tie in -- Dr Tuska is hot hot hot!
Deja Vu is packed with fast paced action from the start.Allie wakes up in the hospital with no memory of who she is or how she got there. The story provided by the friend at her side, Beth Hart, is that she was in a car accident. But even from the beginning, Allie questions much of what she is told, as things just don’t feel right.Dr. James Tuska knows little about his newest patient, but what he does know he can’t share with her. Three words tie them together instantly, as Allie claims he is her fiance. But words shouldn’t mean much, until they pull both Dr. Tuska and Allie into a web of mystery tied to the CIA.These two share an instant spark that gives Allie a safe place during her recovery and has James questioning how much he should share despite orders. The chemistry between them is high and though they don’t speak of the feelings growing between them, the connection gives them both something to hold onto.Wondering just what Allie knew and who she really was had me turning the pages as fast as I could. But there were times where this felt a little disjointed and had me wishing it was a full novel rather than a novella in order to flesh out certain aspects of the plot.As a Titan world novella, this connects our favorite Titan characters with a greater glimpse at Dr. James Tuska, who has long been the doctor of choice for Titan injuries. As he is usually a side character who only interacts with Titan for a few minor scenes, it was nice to see him take center stage, to see him use the skills that tie him so closely to the men and women of Titan.

Way To Go Doc Tuska!
I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.We finally get Doc Tuska’s story. I wish my doctor had the looks and talents that James Tuska has! This is a guy that we have all wondered about. Dr. Tuska has been in the shadows long enough. This man is a Titan man! I love the fact that James knows almost immediately that Allie is his. He is her warrior, her doctor, her hero, and now her love. This story is exciting, thrilling and mysterious. Allie can’t remember anything. Her amnesia makes her desperate for answers. She knows she’s being lied to by everyone. Sensing an immediate connection with Dr. Tuska, Allie knows that claiming him as her fiancé will give her a sense of trust and possibly a way to find answers and her memory. James has this immediate need to protect Allie. It’s been a long time since he was a warrior but he is determined to see her safe from those that want her dead.Together, James and Allie make this story another Titan hit! This is a must read! Cristin Harber keeps us coming back for more Titan heroes and I hope she continues indefinitely!

Nice to revisit the world of Titan
No plot spoilersNo potential triggers. Some swearing and some sex scenes. It's always good to visit old friends, even if it's fleeting. It's a novella so the plotline has some holes in it that would have been addressed if the book was full length, there is quite a bit of skimming around the plotline with stuff happening off script but it still delivers a cast of strong characters with a decent storyline. As a Titan fan I loved the novel because it gives me another glimpse into their world, plus, Dr Tuska. Have loved him for years and will admit to being a little disappointed he didn't get his own full length book. The novella would work best if you have read the previous books in the Titan series.

Hold on to your seats, this is a doozy
Worthy of a TV script this is an action packed roller coaster of a story."Amnesia Allie" should've been one of Dr. James Tuska's normal patients: another CIA asset who they wanted well-cared for and then sent on her merry way. Everyday work at his niche medical practice was never that interesting... until she claimed the impossible. "He's my fiancé."James had never met Allie, yet he couldn't say no even if he was part of the Agency cover up. Now the Agency wants her dead.Between the lies and the hiding, the woman who turned the CIA upside down with three words brought him to his knees. And then Allie disappeared... Nothing would ever be the same. Fantastic characters backing up a film worthy plot line I was hooked and everyone went hungry as my appetite for the conclusion could not be quelled till the last word was read.

Harber has pulled it out of the bag again and got me hook, line and sinker!
A steamy, suspenseful and swoon-worthy masterpiece. As standard I knew that this was going to be a must read, and it failed to disappoint. This is going to be that book that you are constantly going back to. Whether you read it as a standalone or as part of the Team Titan series you are sure to love it. I say Team Titan because each book in the Titan World is a standalone that centres around Team Titan. The premise is ballsy and carryout is skillful bordering on flawless.http://mammiebabbie.com/2017/01/15/titan-world-deja-vu-cristin-harber/

Intriguing and fast paced.
I am totally addicted to all the Titan books and have never had a bum read yet! Love the twisted plots, not knowing who can trust who and the heat filled sexual tension that scorches the pages. This read was no different. Though short and sweet it more than delivered.
