This is a very nice piece. It is pretty heavy and looks like a real Bonsai. Nice quality.

Almost sent this back after realizing that it creates pockets of stagnant water since there are no holes for drainage. It also makes it prone to tipping and floating up if you run aeration (bubbles) near it. Terrible design to be honest. What I did was drill 4 holes in strategic places on top/sides. No more stagnant water and it sinks and stays down much easier. Bonus is that a pair of loaches used the holes as a private house. I may even use a large hole saw with arbor to drill openings on the two sides of the bottom portions as swim through or hiding spot. They are big enough for it for sure. It's not so great as is but with a few modifications it works great.

The first one I ordered was damaged. I returned it and got another one. The 2nd one arrived damaged on the bottom part. I just decided to keep it as it still worked in aquarium. I had a feeling of it returned it and bought a 3rd one it would be damage.

Well made and it's beautiful. The fishes love it.
