These work well, but sadly they seem to break after a few months. I've gone through two pair already.

I ordered these because they were recommended for the aqua aerobics I do. They are very much like isometric pulleys outside the water. Using them is a great way to tone and strengthen your muscles and core. I recommend they are used with an instructor or video as they can assist how to hold them and give maximum results.

This is a great product, it is so much more intense than the dumbbells that they have in water aerobics classes. This gives you so much more resistance and you really feel like you're reaping a benefit!

The best product to use if you want maximum resistance in the water. These are lightweight & designed for dexterity.

These are perfect for my pool exercises. They are light weight yet sturdy. Very easy to use these. Good for all ages.
