Replacement 3.5mm headphone jack port socket for Microsoft Xbox One controller repair part | ZedLabz

I brought this to replace the faulty jack on my Xbox Elite controller. My controller model number is 1698 but this will work with model 1708 as well - you can find the model number behind the batteries. Wasn't difficult to swap out and it works great. I would recommend.

I have two x box one controllers both of them were having issues with the headset jack. Ordered two replacement Jack's and fitted them myself with ease. Job done both work perfectly, saved myself a fortune by not having to buy two new controllers. Excellent product, excellent service. 5 stars

Worked great ......Had it for around a month and sadly the same thing has happened to the port once again so i have to buy a new one ....Not sure if it Is miss use on my side as its my daughters pad and computer .....I found buying a 3.5mm male to female connector jack helps ....not much tbh ...around the same price as buying the socket ..That way it takes the strain off the port itself ...I hope it helps .....And also when removing the insides of the controller be careful of the rumble packs falling out as it happened to me and i had to fix the wire as it disconnected from the main board ...And its not easy figuring out where the wire attached lol ...GOOD LUCK (o

Quick, easy and cheap fix for my Elite Controller. Arrived 2 days early. Took me 30 minutes to replace using the video from one of the reviews. Watch it once before you start. Level of difficulty probably a 3 (ten being the highest). You will need T9 and T6 torx bits. Great purchase.

These didn't work, despite correct installation headphones still didn't work and yes headphones are fine and working

headphone jack was faulty in xbox controller so i took it apart and replaced jack with this product. and now it works perfectly. i did this 6 months ago and item still working as it should so very happy and easy enough to fix
