I've been using this dressing upon my doctor's advice for my foot wound. The dressing seems to do its job. It measures 4 x 4.75 inches, can be cut to size and being non-woven doesn't stick to the wound. It is sterile but only to the point when you open it at which point it's not sterile any more. This by the way is true with all sterile supplies.I cut mine to size and am using Hypafix retention tape to keep it in place https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0009Q2PE4 that I purchased here on Amazon as well. Am changing the dressing every two days. It's a good dressing for the open wounds, absorbent and non-sticky. I can recommend it to anyone.
