My son is 6 years old and doesn't do well with flavored or color meds. This actually has been a game charger. I wish the bottle was bigger.

I’m uncertain how effective this is because my kids can’t get past the taste and therefore don’t take it regularly. Even my kids who tend to take medicine very well struggle with this one. Disappointing, won’t purchase again for our household.

This comes as a liquid or tablet. I chose the lighter children's syrup for milder needs and the standard oral tablets for bad allergy issues. Pyrilamine is an old school antihistamine that you don't see in many otc preparations as this is formulated with a non narcotic, non detromethorphan cough ingredient called chlophedianol. There are some RX styles of this type but this is the only one that is really available otc.It has a great use and is worth a try if your needs match the products description.

If only we could get bigger bottles… we went through one bottle in a few weeks and had to order two more. My little people have stopped the coughing and runny noses have dried up from using this. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

It doesn’t show the ingredients but this contains sucralose and propylene glycol which are two things I would never give my child. Why go to the trouble to make it dye free etc only to put other nasty ingredients in it

It worked great would have gave 5 stars but kid doesn’t like the flavor.
