The first sip of this tea gave me a feeling of Darjeeling as paradise on earth. This tea needs to be prepared with special care. In order to retain its flavor and taste one has to keep in mind about the quality and quantity of sugar and milk as well. The second time I prepared this tea was altogether different. I used 1.5 spoon of tea leaves and poured nearly boiling water (not over boiled) put the lid on the tea pot and let it brew for four minutes.
