Great build quality. Affordable and good value for your money. Compatible with most walkie talkies and easy to use. Comfortable enough to wear, but not ideal. Fits on my head well. Works fine, sound quality is alright. Just great for a walkie talkie!

Noise-cancelling earpiece makes ambient sounds more muted than my last earpiece, but when you're trying to catch traffic and updates during an ICS, it's great. I've spent so many times relaying information sent over the radio that I've been able to catch, but no one else did. It doesn't clear a scanner, but it's easy enough to carry in your backpack. Be sure to blow out the clear portion though, because if moisture builds up in it, everything sounds like it's underwater.Last but not least, keeping conversations private and in your own ear, rather than in prying ears, makes graveyard shift much easier. Being able to walk silently down a run and still get radio traffic has earned me several unsavory nicknames from incarcerated persons. Overall, highly recommend.

I have used this system for about 4-5 years now at work. The sound is good but keep a back up of replacement cords for the actual ear piece. Don’t let the coil stretch or it will decrease the sound quality. Being in an active line of work this sometimes happens.Also I prefer the ear insert that is formed to the ear to reduce even more outside noise and reduces the chance of it getting pulled out of my ear.

I have to use 2 way radio daily at my work so the quality and the design of the headset are very important to me. Before making the purchase, I spent a lot of time comparing similar products on Amazon. After reading the item description and reviews from peers, I decided to give it a try. The item arrived rapidly and it was well packed. I used it next day for my work. It transmitted the voice clearly and the the quality of the microphone was good. Me and my peer can hear each other loudly and clearly. I am very happy for my purchase and I will recommend my office manager to purchase more sets for the entire team.

Sounds works great! However the earpiece is constantly falling out of my ear. Working in protective security I’m constantly having to adjust the earpiece. I’m not sure if it’s because the tube area that goes around my ear is a little too big or if it’s a problem with the earbud staying in my ear.

When opened the ear piece was damage and can not be used. Clip was broken and tube portion was bent.

This product is inexpensive and reliable. My only suggestion is that you buy a different ear piece such as one that is more molded to the natural ear shape and will also allow you to hear as if nothing is in your ear. They are available on Amazon for very cheap. Once you switch out the earpiece this product is perfect. Otherwise, the one it comes with plugs up your ear completely, which results in poor sound quality and a lack of hearing.

the sound is clear and the earpiece works well and not easy to lose. My ears are kind of small size, so most of the earpiece is way too bigger in my ears and let me feel uncomfortable. However, this product does feel well for me. That's the reason I highly recommend this product for people who have the same problem as me. The key point is the price is valuable with this sound quality. Usually, with the high quality of sound must be very experienced but this product only spends ten bucks below.
