Love this book! I have read it several times over the years. Staying close to Holy Spirit is an important subject that is not always talked about in Christian circles. After reading this book, I had an understanding of how to cooperate with the most wonderful gift of Holy Spirit....by learning to be sensitive to Holy Spirit, just as the title says. I suppose you could say that my conscious contact with the presence of Holy Spirit greatly improved after reading this book. Once you have the practical understanding that is presented in the book, you can apply that understanding to your life and walk it out.

This is one of my favorite books, I love a book I can go back a reread several times and gain new insight each time. I enjoyed the book so much I have bought several to give as gifts to friends. Others have said it is one of their favorite books.

As I became more aware of God's presence in my life, I wanted to know more about the role of the Holy Spirit. I now am beginning to understand the uniqueness and importance of the Holy Spirit and the role He plays in my life. If, like me, you are on your journey to become closer to God and open your heart and soul to His Will, I believe you may find strength for your journey in these words.

I love Kendall for his knowledge and love for the Word, but also his sensitivity to the Spirit.There are times in your Christian walk where you start to realize that you are missing something that you had before .In this book Kendall helps you to recognize what happened, and to show you how to get back, and how to be a better guardian of the intimate presence of the Holy Spirit.I read this book twice just to make sure I will not forget all the lessons that I could learn from it.

Not his best book unfortunately. I don't buy the argument about that Mary and Joseph left Jesus behind in Jerusalem because their insensitivity to the Holy Spirit, which left them at the moment, but they didn't feel it yet.This refrain goes through all book but it simply doesn't cut it for me in this book. I think it was easy for Mary and Joseph to simply not forget the history of Jesus' birth, but simply get used to the idea of him being their child. It could also be that Jesus heard God's voice to stay behind, when the family left, to test his obedience. Many things could have happened, but his argument is not the one I can see as to what happened at this situation.

R.T Kendall is a very respectable man of God. I found his teaching very clear and accurate according to the Bible. I recommend the seller and his product and above all, the books of this Pastor.

It is absolutely necessary for the church to have this book! The Holy Spirit-God is not "something" to please us, but a Person, part of the God-unity, therefore He is Holy and can be grieved. The Bible warns us, not to grieve the Holy Spirit. Even non-believers will find a portrait of God, the Holy One, that is easy to understand and portrays something of that fascinating relationship, that is possible between Man and God through Jesus Christ.Recommended reading!!!!
